Precondition your Hot Pot for 5 minutes by pouring hot water to keep things hot & cold water to keeping things cold.
Always wrap Idly, Roti etc., in a muslin cloth to prevent them form getting Soggy.
To keep foot Hot/cold for longer time, always ensure that you till the hot pot to the brim.
Do not open the lid frequently once the contents are poured.
Always keep the lid open when not in use.
Clean with soft detergent or liquid soap.
